Tracking your fleet shouldn’t be a hassle. With Tracx, you can easily integrate with top GPS providers, allowing you to monitor your trucks and drivers in real-time, improving driver communication significantly. We support integrations with popular GPS systems like Geotab, Samsara, Omnitracs, and ColdFront, among others. Know exactly where your drivers are, and get peace of mind that your loads will arrive on time, with these integrations. No more guesswork—just accurate, up-to-date information on the location of your trucks at any given moment. These insights are a game-changer in an industry where on-time delivery is key!
Have you ever struggled to communicate with a driver during a route? Poor communication can cause delays and confusion, but with the Tracx Driver App, those worries are gone. The app includes a 2-way SMS feature that lets you send text messages directly from your computer to the driver. No need to rely on personal phones. Plus, the system actively logs all communications to simplify conversation tracking and quickly resolve issues. Our Driver App also allows drivers to log their hours, make trip notes, and ensure compliance with hours-of-service regulations. All of this enhances driver communication.
Staying on top of delivery statuses is crucial for customer satisfaction. With Tracx, you’ll automatically receive notifications when a load reaches its destination. This ensures that dispatch and your customers are kept in the loop, making it easier to coordinate the next steps. These notifications enhance transparency and allow you to deliver top-tier customer service by keeping your customers informed on the exact arrival time of their shipment. This streamlines communication between your drivers and your clients.
If you’re looking for even more automation, Tracx offers geofencing features in its Enterprise edition. This allows you to trigger automatic updates and document transfers based on the physical location of the truck. For example, the system updates load statuses, notifies customers, and triggers EDI document exchanges automatically when a truck enters or exits a designated geofence. This level of automation reduces manual tasks and increases overall efficiency.
Geofencing also improves communication with customers by automatically alerting them when their deliveries are about to arrive. This significantly reduces the number of status requests you receive, saving you and your customers valuable time. Driver communication within geofenced areas gets streamlined as well.
Tracx is designed to provide your trucking business with all the tools necessary to maintain smooth, real-time communication with your drivers and customers. From integrated GPS to automated email notifications and geofencing, Tracx simplifies fleet management, allowing you to focus on growing your business.
