What Tracx APIs Make Possible

Whether you're syncing data, automating workflows, or building a custom integration, Tracx APIs give you direct access to the data that runs your operation.

Sync With Your Existing Stack

Connect Tracx to your accounting software, payroll system, ELD provider, or business intelligence tools. Pull load data, driver settlements, and compliance records automatically, no manual exports required.

Automate Cross-System Workflows

Trigger actions in Tracx from external systems, or push Tracx data to external platforms the moment it's created or updated. Build workflows that span your entire operation without middleware.

Build Custom Integrations

Need something that doesn't exist yet? Tracx APIs give you the raw access to build purpose-specific integrations, a producer booking portal, a custom driver app, or a reporting dashboard tailored to your operation.

Up and Running in Three Steps

Step 1: Enable API Access

In Tracx, go to Enterprise Settings → General and enable API Usage. The API Management screen will appear under Settings.

Step 2: Generate Your Credentials

From API Management, generate your Secret Key and X-Tenant identifier. Use these credentials to create a Bearer Token via the Authentications endpoint at https://api.tracxtms.com/api/v1

Step 3: Start Building

Bearer Tokens expire after 30 minutes and are organization-specific, ensuring only your account's data is accessible. Full endpoint documentation with request and response schemas is available at the link below.

Secure by Design

All Tracx API access is protected by token-based authentication. Your Secret Key and X-Tenant credentials generate a short-lived Bearer Token specific to your organization. No other account can access your data through your credentials, and every token expires automatically after 30 minutes.
