12 core automations cover the freight workflow from load intake to invoice, with dispatcher approval on every optimization suggestion.
LETHBRIDGE, AB, June 1, 2026 - Tracx Systems, a transportation management software (TMS) provider for small and mid-market carriers and freight brokers, today announced a rebuilt version of its platform with AI native to the core. Tracx runs 12 core automations across the freight workflow, from load intake to invoicing. Optimization suggestions come with an estimated savings figure and wait for a dispatcher to approve them.
Specialized carriers work around welfare clocks, FSMA temperature requirements, USPS performance windows, and brokerage margin pressure. Most TMS platforms were built for general freight, which leaves those checks to the dispatcher. Tracx customers report saving an average of 30 minutes of dispatcher time per load.
"Our customers' dispatchers were spending the first hours of every day double-checking HOS, equipment, and paperwork," said Nick Lepore, Customer Success Manager, Tracx Systems. "Tracx handles those checks in the background and lets the experts on their team manage by exception."

Optimization with a dispatcher in control
Recurring lanes and scheduled trips dispatch automatically. Optimization suggestions, such as driver swaps, cheaper fuel stops, load consolidation, and backhaul loads, come with an estimated savings figure and wait for a dispatcher's approval. Approved suggestions are recorded in the AI Optimization dashboard, which shows total estimated savings, the number of approvals behind that total, and who approved each one. Users can filter by date range and action type and export the log to CSV. The dashboard is included on Platinum and Enterprise plans.
"Each carrier's operating rules, like HOS limits and equipment requirements, are built into the AI itself," said Chris Kiszka, Director of R&D, Tracx Systems. "Suggestions account for those rules before a dispatcher sees them, and every approval is recorded, so carriers can trace exactly what changed and what it saved."
Availability and pricing
Plans start at $22 per asset per month on an annual plan, with unlimited seats on every tier. Most carriers go live in about 30 days, including full data migration from their previous TMS.
